Have yall heard of the guy who got pregnate? Apparently he was born female, but changed all but the lower parts when he got a sex-change. Here's the article:

Spoiler:

The "pregnant man" who gave birth to a daughter earlier this year says he is expecting a second child.

Thomas Beatie, a married man who used to be a woman, has told America's ABC News that after giving birth to Susan on June 29 he did not go back on the male hormone testosterone so he could have another baby.

"I feel good," he told ABC News' Barbara Walters. "I had my checkups ... And everything is right on track."

Beatie, who lives with his wife Nancy in Bend, Oregon, said the baby is due on June 12.

Beatie was born a woman but underwent hormone therapy before he was legally declared a man.

He had a mastectomy but kept his female reproductive organs when he underwent a sex change in the late 1990s.

He and Nancy decided they wanted to start a family and he underwent artificial insemination late last year.

Walters said on her television talkshow, "The View," that Beatie had revealed his second pregnancy to her during an interview for a documentary to air on U.S. television Friday night.

Beatie spoke to Walters about Susan's birth, which was not via Caesarean section.

Prior to her birth, he released a photo showing his bearded face and pregnant belly. It sparked a worldwide media frenzy.

I think it's crazy that they did the insemination- i mean why couldnt the wife me "inpregnated" its just crazy that this man went through all that therapy and surgery to be declared a man and then does the most female thing that you can possibly do!
what an idiot to be honest, i think he ruined they childs life.

I don't. I support this 95%. I think that he shouldn't have had the child, it's too much against nature and what God wanted. But, since I can't change that, I think it's pretty cool that the child has had no problems. He's on Larry King Live right now... or was.

I see what you're saying but, still, I think that since it was his choice, it's fine. I actually think it's pretty cool...

I do wonder why his wife couldnt' have had the child... but perhspa she physically couldn't.
And it doesn't go against God's plan, lmao. If it was against God's plan then He wouldn't hyave made to tools available to us.. the knowledge available to us... and the resources available to us to make this all possible, in the first place. Nature is crazy and is always doing random things... I see nothing wrong with this, if this is his choice.
Sure, he wanted to be a man and is now doing the most womanly thing possible... but seriously, who knows what'll happen years from now? So I dont' judge anyone's decisions, because sometimes my decisions don't always pan out, either.

Perhaps the couple wants a baby of their own and she can not carry it.
Perhaps he changed his mind and wants to experience carrying a child. It's his decision and it doesn't effect us at all.

Yeah, she can't conceive, but like..why was it necessary for them to approach to get so involved with media about it?

idk

he says he has the right to have a biological child, but i disagree. i think he lost that "right" when he became a man.

Or it could be because he had to go off hormone replacements to have his first child. So rather than try again in a few years, and have to deal with going off the hormones again, they did it while all his hormones were ready to have another child.

Yes, hormone replacements is his reason for doing multiple TV interviews.

I don't really understand why you would want a sex change in the first place. You should you be happy with who you are...you can do guy stuff and still be a girl. But anyways, it was his desision, and I'm fine with him having the baby, even if it's a little unnaturalBut I do not agree with having a second baby so soon. Most people would realize that two babies born so close together would be hard to raise, and would cause more fights when they get older. This is so obviously a plan for more fame and attention. Some people just feel don't feel right in the body they were born with. It's called personal choice and a certain mind-set. And with the way science and technology is today, just about anything you can think of is possible! Absolutely nothing wrong with it! It's called a progressive state of mind... Wink

lol, the sibling thing made me laugh. Several of my friends are one year apart from their siblings and they all get along just fine.

And yeah, as Simply Just said, some people just don't feel comfortable in their body gender. It's not something that everyone can be expected to understand fully, since not all of us have experienced that sort of thing exactly. All we can do is accept it and let others make their own choices, since it doesn't effect us any.
